So here are some tips that will help preserve the beauty of your gold jewelry:

1. gold is lasting and durable but can get scratched or dented if treated roughly. so, one of the cheapest way to protect your gold, diamond and silver jewellery is to take a piece of cotton and a small amount of toothpaste. keep your ornaments in water for two minutes and then gently clean your ornaments with cotton applying toothpaste . wash them gently.
keep in mind that you do not use toothbrush. it will leave scratches on ornaments.

2. clear your ornaments that you regularly wear at least once in a week. after using the ornaments place those ornaments in soft cotton then keep it in safe box. 

3. Do not apply perfumes on diamond and kundan jewellery. These stones get black very soon if we apply perfumes on it and also they lost their shine.
